4. Gifts and Hospitality

While GoGreen Enterprises acknowledges that exchanging gifts and hospitality may be customary in business relationships, they must:

• Be of nominal value and appropriate under the circumstances.

• Not be intended to influence business decisions improperly.

• Comply with local laws and our internal policies.

Any gift or hospitality that exceeds the acceptable limit must be disclosed and approved by the Compliance Team.

 

5. Third-Party Relationships

Retaliation against whistleblowers who report violations in good faith is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this policy will result in strict disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts. Legal action may also be pursued where applicable.
